1. The whole series of Xbox is only suitable for 3.5mm wired mode, 2.4GHz USB and Bluetooth mode are not supported by our Captain 500 gaming headset. 2. Microphone is not available when compatible with Nintendo Switch. (Not supported by the Switch system) 3. The headset itself does not have an active noise cancellation function, but the microphone can be noise reduction. 4. The microphone of this headset can’t be mute when using in wired mode. 5. Older versions of the Xbox require a headset adapter. (Not included) 6. It goes into RGB mode by default after power on, and if you don’t need it, you can turn it off with the light button. 7. PlayStation 4/5 Consoles currently only support the usage of 2.4GHz USB dongle for wireless connection, and do not support directly use of Bluetooth connection.
