The MARKAL brand has developed around our historic product: bulgur (cracked wheat, precooked). It is around this expertise in cooking and working with cereals that our brand has been built (wheat, oats, spelled, soya… are all cereals that we have worked on). This is how we wanted to rely on this know-how and this expertise to develop new products allowing organic food to be invited to all meals. Ingredients: Whole grain basmati long grain rice , whole red long grain rice , “wild” long grain rice . Product from organic farming. Usage tips: The wild mix rice will be delicious to accompany all your vegetable, meat and fish dishes. It can also be eaten cold in salads. Preparation tips: Count about 60g of rice per person. Pour the rice mixture into 3 to 4 parts boiling salted water and cook for 45 to 50 minutes over medium heat depending on the desired firmness of the grains. Drain and rinse at your convenience.
