Our facility undergoes annual Health Regulatory inspections and is in full compliance with these governmental agencies and guidelines. Not only is the facility required to meet these strict regulations, but all equipment and utensils used must also comply with Food Handling Standards. All ingredients and products must only be packaged in approved Food Grade quality containers. We now face much higher production costs, due to the immense Health Department and FDA regulatory and consumer protection requirements. As a result, these costs are reflected in the final selling price of the consumer’s product. Since the majority of our orders are personally handled by individual hand packaging and not machine packing, our labor costs are higher. This allows our customer’s products to receive the personal attention that their order deserves and offers the freshest possible ingredients. By purchasing smaller quantities of ingredients we are able to turn over our inventory more quickly and maintain ultimate freshness.
